I can't find you, where are you located?
Good question, even with the provided directions we are hard to see from the street. If you're coming from the East on Rt.40 [Beltway or Baltimore City] go to the first cut-through after Nuwood Dr., make a U-Turn, and immediately turn right into the old Pizza Hut parking lot (look for MIDAS and Baltimore Martial Arts). We are up in the top left corner of the parking lot, behind Baltimore Martial Arts. Please do not park in the Midas lot!
If you're coming from the West on Rt.40 [Rt. 70 or Howard County] go through the State Park [the big hill where all the trees are], when you come up the other side of the big hill look for the closed down Pizza Hut, Midas, and Baltimore Martial Arts on your right. Turn right into the old Pizza Hut parking lot, we are located in the top left corner of the parking lot.
What are your hours?
We open the doors at noon every day and close at Midnight on weekdays, 2AM on Friday & Saturday.
What about holidays?
Yes, we are open on most holidays. The best source for up-to-the-minute details on holidays or special situations is to follow our Facebook page, VIP Billiards - Catonsville.
What about alcohol?
We welcome customers of all ages all of the time and as such we hold a very strict "no alcohol" policy. We do not sell alcohol and we do not allow anyone to bring their own. Drinking alcohol is also not permitted on our premises.
Can I smoke while I play?
In short, "No". While we lost a significant amount of business because of the smoking ban we remain compliant to the law. Smoking tobacco is prohibited inside of the building. We do however, have plans to construct a nice outdoor smoking area for our customers in the future.
Do you serve food?
At this time we have a decent selection of microwaveable sandwiches along with a fairly extensive selection of snacks available. We also have an excellent selection of drinks including energy drinks, teas, flavored drinks, and of course most major sodas. Coffee is available by request, and we do have plans to add fresh, hot food to the menu.
Do you sell pool cues or tables?
Yes, we carry a small collection of new pool cues in stock and we offer a catalog with hundreds of cues to choose from. Special order cues are delivered in less than a week. Our in-house selection varies, but we usually carry cues from Action, Voodoo, Outlaw, Griffin, Lucasi, and others.
VIP Billiards also has cue accessories and cases available for purchase. Occasionally we have used pool tables for sale as well.
